Our projects range from conversions or rehabilitation of existing—and sometimes historic—buildings to new large-scale developments including sports stadiums, medical campuses, renewable energy projects, office towers, multifamily housing, and retail facilities. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, exceptional writing and research skills, an enthusiasm for land use law, and a commitment to delivering quality work product in a highly collaborative environment. Successful candidates will also possess strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Represent clients in real estate acquisitions, financings and leasing transactions.
