We have an urgent need for a Real Estate Associate in the Palo Alto Office. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in handling real estate transactions in some but not necessarily all of the following areas: acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings, joint ventures, and the leasing of commercial office, retail, and industrial space Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key: ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. A strong work ethic and an interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters will add to your success on our team. Strong academic credentials in law coursework are highly valued. ​Bar Admission in California is strongly preferred.
