A top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified mid-level to senior associate (five to seven years) to join its nationally recognized Real Estate practice in the Denver or Boulder, Colorado office. The position offers the chance for significant responsibility and participation in all phases of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the following areas: · Representing buyers and sellers of commercial real estate projects, including office, multi-family and industrial. · Large and complex projects, ideally with acquisition and disposition prices in excess of $50M. · Commercial leasing and the formation of joint ventures, limited liability companies and structuring issues. · Successful applicants will have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and the ability to manage client engagements. · Other requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
