Qualified candidates will have distinguished academic credentials and relevant transactional experience (sales and acquisitions, leasing, condominiums, commercial development, finance, and workouts/restructuring). This firm's Orlando office seeks to hire an Attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of complex commercial and transactional real estate law experience, particularly with Homeowners’ Association (HOA) matters. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic commercial real estate and transaction practice where one can gain responsibility and exposure to client interaction. Must be conscientious, detail-oriented and have exceptional analytical and writing skills. Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar and possess top academic credentials.



Seeking a Common Interest Development Associate with 3-5 years of transactional experience in common interest developments (condominiums and planned developments) in our Walnut Creek office. The ideal candidate will be able to assimilate with our small CID group and work well independently and with instruction. Must possess excellent writing skills, be detail oriented and extremely organized. Ideal candidates will have graduated in the top of their class and have relevant work experience from a top tier law firm, governmental agency and/or judicial clerkship. Experience in preparing governing documents (CC&Rs, articles of incorporation, and bylaws) and related easement and land sharing agreements for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments is also required.
