Qualified candidates should have at least two years of legal experience in multifamily government-assisted and/or low-income housing tax credit affordable real estate finance transactions. Experience with HUD programs including the Rental Assistance Demonstration program, Section 8, the U.S. Housing Act of 1937 and HUD-insured and GSE lending products is a real plus.
