This Partner would represent clients through all aspects of the government regulatory approval and permitting process, including planning and zoning applications, developments of regional impact, development agreements and complex environmental and land use permitting. This Partner would also conduct due diligence evaluations, to make an assessment of applicable laws, permitted uses, viability of permits and approvals, restrictions or limitations regarding changes to or expansions of current uses and the existence of vested rights. Responsibilities: - Order and review tract searches, ownership searches, judgment searches, judgment and tax lien searches, and UCC searches. - Order and review title commitments, surveys and other underlying title documents, policies and endorsements thereto.
