West Palm Beach Real Estate group is looking for a solid mid-level associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in general commercial real estate. In addition, candidates should possess strong academics, excellent writing capabilities and willingness to work in a fast paced environment. The West Palm Beach office seeking a real estate attorney who has commercial real estate experience in a private practice setting. Portable business is not required, but is helpful. The candidate should be able to handle commercial real estate closings with little to no supervision. Lender representation experience is also preferred.
Associate with 4 to 5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on real estate finance, to work with its growing national lending practice. Experience representing lenders and borrower in commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans is preferred, and preferred equity investments a bonus. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and being part of the closing teams. Stellar academics, strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills a must. Qualified candidates can be resident in the firm New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Florida, Los Angeles and/or Washington, DC offices. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, Colorado, Florida, Los Angeles or New York bars (depending on office location). The candidate will work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a close-knit, energetic team of real estate finance lawyers, who work hard but also have a lot of fun doing deals together.
