This firm is seeking partner level candidates with at least 8 years of experience practicing real estate law and finance with a primary focus on commercial real estate transactions, including development, lending, acquisitions, dispositions, financings (acquisition, construction and permanent loans), commercial leasing (office and retail), apartment, multi-family and hotel properties, REITS, property management and brokerage agreements, joint venture investments, debt restructurings and workouts.
