Requirements: Candidates should have at least three years of legal experience drafting and negotiating contracts, with construction, design and development experience being a significant plus. Ideal candidates will have specific experience in drafting and negotiating contracts; prior representation of owners, developers, and contractors; experience with large development projects; as well as commercial litigation experience in the construction, design and development industry. Real Estate Associate - Las Vegas office seeks a real estate associate with 3 to 5 years of real estate transactional experience.
