Requirements: Candidates should have at least three years of legal experience drafting and negotiating contracts, with construction, design and development experience being a significant plus. Ideal candidates will have specific experience in drafting and negotiating contracts; prior representation of owners, developers, and contractors; experience with large development projects; as well as commercial litigation experience in the construction, design and development industry. Real Estate Associate - Las Vegas office seeks a real estate associate with 3 to 5 years of real estate transactional experience. Desired candidate will have experience in two or more of the following areas: financings, acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, real estate funds, leasing and/or development. Exposure will include review, drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, joint venture arrangements, real estate fund documentation, leases and subleases, and all other aspects of transactional real estate work for domestic and international transactions. Candidates should possess strong academic backgrounds, superior drafting and research skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility. Candidates should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and be team-oriented.
