The Cleveland office is seeking a senior-level associate/junior partner to join its real estate team. Candidates should have five to ten years of law firm or corporate law department experience handling the following: drafting and negotiation of substantive purchase agreements, leases (office, retail and industrial), joint development agreements, construction contracts, and other core real estate transaction documents; managing multi-site acquisitions and divestitures, including coordination of diligence and closing preparation; handling nationwide commercial leasing (landlord or tenant); drafting and negotiating substantive financing documents (borrowers or lenders); and preparation of legal opinions. The position is structured to provide the candidate with a high level of client contact, as well as an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement.
