Candidates with two years’ experience in transactional real estate preferred. Experience in condominium and planned community law a plus. Candidates must have strong legal analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills, excellent research, writing and communication skills, and be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. This firm is looking for an entrepreneurial attorney interested in developing and maintaining a diverse business practice with immediate, significant client contact. The successful candidate will be a mid-level attorney (5-10 years of experience) with substantial experience in the areas of general business/corporate, mergers and acquisitions and preferably within a mid-size to large firm setting. Seeking a self-starter with strong analytical and writing skills, strong academic credentials and excellent work ethic. The commitment to live and be involved in one of the firm's larger geographical communities (Berks County preferred) is required. A candidate with ties to the central Pa./Reading community preferred.
