Recruiting an Associate Attorney for the transactional side of our Real Estate Group. Our team of professionals represents residential and commercial real estate developers, investors, and lenders; buyers and sellers of real estate; businesses and non-profit entities, such as colleges and universities, with significant real estate components; and commercial lessors and lessees. Candidates with two years’ experience in transactional real estate preferred. Experience in condominium and planned community law a plus. Candidates must have strong legal analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills, excellent research, writing and communication skills, and be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
