Looking to hire an attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join established firm with a focus on corporate transactions. Responsibilities include supporting commercial real estate sale, lease and finance matters through contract review, drafting and negotiation, and legal research. Clear and effective drafting skills, strong oral communication abilities, and a capacity to learn new substantive legal topics as needed are required. Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment.
