AM100 firm currently seeking a Division Counsel to join its solutions team in South Carolina, Atlanta and Washington, DC metro area. The solutions team provides clients affordable, scalable services staffed by highly qualified attorneys. This position will allow for flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and the ability to work remotely. Division Counsel are expected to bill 1,000+ the firms per year. Work assignments may include, but are not limited to performing transactional due diligence, drafting and negotiating routine contracts (including non-disclosure agreements, vendor contracts, leases and other commercial agreements) and real estate leases, performance of other corporate and transactional tasks as assigned by firm attorneys. Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have firm or in-house counsel experience handling corporate and transactional matters. Candidates must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they will be practicing.
