EOE-Protected Veterans/Disability. The Chicago office seeking a real estate finance associate with 4-6 years of experience to join the Real Estate Capital Markets team in the Finance Group. Significant experience representing lenders and borrowers on mortgage loans and other real estate financings is required, including negotiating loan documents, coordinating, preparing and reviewing due diligence materials and closing deliverables, and preparing and negotiating legal opinions. Experience with CMBS loans is a plus but not required. Candidates should have immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools, as well as either prior experience at a large law firm or in-house experience at a large financial institution or financial sponsor.
