Established firm's Commercial Real Estate and Finance Practices include representing REITs and other real estate developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, financing, sale-leaseback, development and leasing of a wide variety of commercial real estate projects. The firm also represents both borrowers and lenders in commercial loan transactions. This firm is seeking an associate attorney with transactional experience in commercial real estate to work out of the Nashville or Washington, D.C. office.
