REAL ESTATE LAND USE PARALEGAL Largest Regional law firm seeks: LAND USE PLANNER to join their Northern Virginia office. Candidate must have 3+ years of land use, zoning and planning experience. Duties include strong written and communication skills with private companies and local government, including staff, commissions and civic organizations. Strong research and due diligence for project sites as the firm as development of entitlement applications is required. Ability to effectively conduct public speaking and presentations before civic groups, commissions and local boards is desired. Local government experience is a plus.
