A dynamic and progressive law firm in Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Richmond, VA is seeking a qualified attorney to join the firm firm’s General Commercial group. This position will work primarily out of the firm Lynchburg office. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience handling transactional matters. Additional requirements include a working knowledge of private mergers and acquisitions, complex contract drafting, and commercial real estate transactions. In order to be successful in the firm fast-paced environment, candidates must possess a high level of personal motivation and be detail-oriented. Virginia State Bar membership, or the ability to apply for reciprocity to the Virginia State Bar, is required. This firm offers competitive compensation and benefits.
