Job Requirements: Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and other sophisticated commercial real estate transactions (both single asset and multi-asset). Experience on the real estate aspects of renewable and conventional energy project acquisition and development is a major plus. Top academic credentials, drafting and communication skills and a thorough understanding of title and survey and other commercial real estate due diligence required.
