Mid Level Land Use Associate | 7

We are seeking an associate with 3-5 years of land use experience to join our Real Estate/Land Use practice group. Our projects range from conversions or rehabilitation of existing—and sometimes historic—buildings to new large-scale developments including sports stadiums, medical campuses, renewable energy projects, office towers, multifamily housing, and retail facilities. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, exceptional writing and research skills, an enthusiasm for land use law, and a commitment to delivering quality work product in a highly collaborative environment. Successful candidates will also possess strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. Our firm’s deepest roots are in real estate and land use law, and the individual attorneys in our practice are the most skilled, experienced, and innovative in the field.
