Seeking a mid-level real estate associate for our West Coast Real Estate Investment, Finance and Development practice in our San Francisco office. Responsibilities: Represent clients in real estate acquisitions, financings and leasing transactions. Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a member of the California Bar with 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, financings and leasing transactions, with a demonstrated ability to provide efficient legal services both independently and as part of a team. Candidates for this position should be willing to quickly integrate into our robust national real estate practice, committed to providing the highest quality of client services in support of a broad range of complicated transactions, and dedicated to professional development consistent with this partnership track position. Solid academic credentials, strong critical reasoning skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts are required.
