We are seeking a highly qualified, associate with 5+ years of experience to join our Real Estate Practice group. Candidate must have substantial transactional experience in complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, dispositions, development, financing and leasing of various real estate asset classes. Candidates applying for positions with us should have strong academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent verbal and written communications skills. .
